I have upgraded my shocks, sway bars and rear control arms. The coil springs are next. Looking to go with a 28" tall rear tires as wide as I can fit in the stock wheel wells. I also want to know how big/wide of a front tire I can go with? I will be going with a set of 18" rims. What front/rear spring combo would you go with? I have a 70 chevelle. Do you have any pictures of similiar car set ups? Thanks, Chris

I would suggest taking a look at our 1" or 2" drop springs. I am not sure what kind of overall drop you are looking for but our drop spring sets are available in 1" or 2" drops for both small block and big block Chevelles.

When selecting your springs make sure you look at what control arms you have since not all spring brands are compatible with all control arm brands and some control arms will have a built-in drop to them. We have put a lot of engineering into these springs so that they will deliver a firm, sporty ride but still be comfortable enough to drive daily or on a long road trip. Here are the links to the different springs:

This '70 Chevelle is sitting on a full hotchkis TVS suspension with 1" drop springs:

For tires, he is running 255/40ZR18 in the front and 275/35ZR20 in the rear:

I had Hotchkis springs, LCA's, and sway bars front and rear on my 64, nicest riding musclecar I've ever had. Handled great but without the stiff ride.
