Hey guys, I have been kicking around the idea of selling my L92 engine and picking up a 418 that my friend is thinking about selling. Just figured I throw this out there and see if there is any interest.
This engine was originally purchased by Ron is SoCal from Travis(daytonayellaz). The engine has 14,000 miles on it. I have purchased a bunch of parts for this engine and I'm willing to sell the engine with any combo of stock/ aftermarket parts that I have.
2008 L92 complete pull out with 14,000 Miles
Advanced Inductions cam and VVT delete kit
ARP head bolts, cam bolts, and cam retainer bolts
LS3 intake, fuel rail, injectors, and Throttle Body
LS3 Valley cover
Holley oil pan
Holley valve covers
Holley accessory drive
Vintage air accessory drive (could be sold with the engine if someone really wanted it)
I'm willing sell this with any combo of parts. The only thing I really don't want to do is remove the Cam and Valve springs, but If someone really wanted the engine put back to stock I could. This engine will come with the stock GM E38 ECM. The company that I work for builds custom LS engine harness' and I could include one at a discounted additional cost.
Travis sells these pull outs for $4400. I'd like to get $5200 for it with the cam and VVT delete kits installed and all the stock truck parts. If you would like a price on a different combo of parts just let me know what you are interested in. Whatever combo of parts the engine is sold with it will be given to the buyer completely assembled.
Thanks

I would be interested in the valve covers if you decide to sell some parts. Can't go wrong with an engine from Travis, bump for a good deal!

Thanks for the bump. If whoever buys the engine doesn't want the holley valve covers and pan I will be using them on the 418.

Thanks Ron. I was planning on mocking up the motor and trans next week. If it doesn't sell fairly quick I will be running it. I just have a chance to pick up an 418 LS3 for a reasonable price and figured if I could move this one why not.
I placed a circuit board order for 68 Camaro tail lights last week. I'm hoping to have the boards sometime next week. Once I have a set assembled and tested I'll PM you for your shipping info if your still interested in a set for you RS.

The L92 is a 6.2l (376 ci) all aluminum engine. Stock they make 393-403 hp depending on what they were put in. These trucks had the option for that engine:
2007+ Escalade
2009 Tahoe
2007+ Denali/Denali XL
2007+ GMC Denali
2008+ Hummer
2009+ Silverado 1500
2009+ GMC Sierra 1500

I believe this L92 came out of a 2008 Escalade. Thanks toJody for listings the possible vehicles.
The L92 is very similar to the LS3 the main differences being that the L92 has variable valve timing and the LS3's have a hollow intake valve. LS3's are 10.7:1 compression and L92's are 10.5:1. I have installed an aftermarket cam and a VVT delete kit so this motor is essentially a LS3 with out the hollow stem intake valves and a hair less compression.

All PM have been replied to.
Price reduced: $4800 complete with cam, valve springs and VVT delete installed. This price included the truck accessory drive, intake, throttle body, ecm and any other parts that came with the pull out.
For $5150 I will include the LS3 intake with everything listed above. The Holley parts and LS3 throttle can also be negotiated into the deal as well.
Thanks,

I've had a bunch of people ask for pictures so I figured I'd just post them here.
The harness that is shown in the pictures is not included. The company that I work for makes custom LS harnesses. If you buy this engine I can get you one at a discounted rate.

Interested in shipping? 95037 is the zip code.
I'm willing to ship it anywhere at the buyers expense. I still have the pallet that it was shipped to me on. It was shipped me from southern California and I believe it cost me about $400.
If your interested let me know. I can do some research on Monday and see if I can find some more reasonable shipping to your zip code.

One thing I've had a few PM's about and I should have made more clear is: this engine will come with all the stock truck parts even if you decide to add some of the extras I have available with the engine. You would then be able sell these and recoup some of the costs.
