Just to be clear your trying to find part NRG SRK 170H or your trying to find an adapter to this part.
If you're looking for a place that'll have this in stock you'll have a slim chance. NRG caters to the import market so having a GM specific part is probably not going to be on the shelves -while you can find a Nissan or Honda one all day.
I suggest ordering online.
Just checked the place i got my steering wheel from and they have it on there site but it's temporarily unavailable.

FRSPORT showing it and there well known in the import scene (so cal area) and a large distributor:

I ordered a NGR quick release, and short hub for my Chevelle two weeks ago, and had them in 4 days. I ordered through a place called Swap Shop Racing.

So far, everybody that distributes this part (that i've found, checked 5 places) nobody stocks it, it just gets sent out from NRG, whom is outa stock. Checked with FRSPORT per ADiCarlo's recomendation and they had great customer sevice and called NRG and found out Nrg will/should be getting these parts next week, so i ordered from them.
We'll see.....

Sounds like you have it resolved, but just in case, this is the place which I purchased from if you haven't already tried them:

Hey guys!
If found this thread via Google while searching for the NRG part number SRK 170H. I am wanting to use the NRG 3.0 quick release in my 2001 WS6 so I'm doing some review searching before I pull the trigger.
To the OP (or anyone else), did you install your setup yet? If so, what do you think of it? any issues with the system? And play in the steering? Does it have a solid lock?
Thanks!

I was told that P/N: SRK 170H was on back order. Which quick release are you going with? I think I'm going to go with the 3.0 and the hub lock. I just hope that it doesn't sit too far in my gut, or I'll have to go to the gym, lol...

I think i went with the 2.5 if i remember correctly. Bought a Momo wheel and cant wait to install it. Really dont like the Grant i picked out for the car a couple of years ago.

Didn't have the GM version but I had one in my 240sx and loved it. Really solid, easy to install and no issues.
