I've been looking for one of those, do you know if it will fit a 67 column? what is the part number? I have a Grant 3hole wheel not sure if it will bolt to that one, but I'm interested how it bolted to the spline.

I'm pretty sure that's the same one I have (the 2.5 model), and that it required an adapter to the GM column. There is a 1.5" thick adapter which bolts to the column using the stock splined shaft and nut, then you use the 6 bolt holes to attach the quick release.

I really like mine...

I believe Bryan is right. This came on my car when I bought it so no paperwork or part number but it does look like the 2.5 model in the pics.

Does it include everything you need to bolt it to the spline like the 1.5 inch adaptor Bryon was talking about?
