Hello
i am building a 68 Chevelle. It a frame off resto.
I install the suspension with the body of the frame, in the rear I used hotchkis rear suspension kit (upper & lower control arms, trailing arms, swaybar & coils) when i put the body back on the frame the trailing arms are touching the body.
Does any one know if this is supposed to do that?

Thanks in advanced

here is a dumb but obvious question.... do you have the body mount bushings inatalled, and are they stock height or worn down?

If your sure the body is in the correct location, I would take a pipe in the same area, and hammer it into that area of the floor pan to make the necessary clearance.

Nothing ever fits my car without custom fab work either.:(

The pieces that you marked are the supports for the trailing arms,I would call there tech to see what the typical clearance is on those and make sure the body is lined up good
