I do not want to steal the thread, but since people will be looking at exhaust ideas.........Here is what we did on Project EmptyNest. Because it is a mini tub, tail pipes are even more difficult to snake the pipes around the Shockwave and tank. So we went over the suspension. Seems to work out great, and minor fabrication for anyone already in doing tubs.

Nice work Frank, I mounted the compressors and air valve controller where you came through the trunk area, where will you be mounting that stuff? I thought about mounting the compressors under the car but i couldn't find a good spot.

by about an inch, i also wrapped the exhaust in that area to keep heat down just a bit more

The tank will sit right between the 2 humps almost lined up even with the vertical trunk trim panel we will install just below the hinges. Were making the tank pretty and exposing part of it through the trim panel. The compressor and other hardware will sit hidden in that compartment also.

Very nice I can't wait to some pics. I wouldn't mind cleaning mine up a bit.

Clearance is decent if you don't mini-tub and you run oval pipe. Lots of guys with custom rear suspension choose to run turn downs instead of tailpipes. That was not an option here. Custom tailpies are the only way to go.

with a narrowed tank the same set up would work perfect, only difference would be the 90's going out around tank would be shorter
