check out some of the nice touches on the Hemirod. And the color combos and finish choices on the engine and chassis too.

Steves Auto Restorations painted my 67 Vette (Ermine White) years ago... My buddy owns it now -- it has 34K ORIGINAL miles on it... but the point is... the body blocking is flawless - and so is the paint - and that was 20 years ago!

They do phenomenal work!

Bring a boat load of cash....

They do great work but like you said bring a boat load of cash and have a boat load in reserve just incase.

Here is the car that Tim started and is currently finishing.

Tim went back to work for SAR? I was unaware of that.

I think any shop that gets paid for "ALL" the hours they have in the car is going to charge a boat load. This line of work is not the smartest business plan unless you can do that.

Quality work is not cheap and Cheap work is not good.

He went back on a part time contract basis. He isn't an employee. Steve needed some real talent to get $hit done I guess. Tim left on good terms so...

Got bored today and was flipping through the March issue of Hot Rod Magazine when I stumbled upon the '70 Mustang "Trans-Cammer." I remember being blown away at SEMA, as I'm sure many of you were. Anyway, I decided to google it because I haven't seen much info on the car around here, maybe a couple shots from SEMA or the Ultimate Street Car Challenge, but nothing I hadn't seen in person. Let me just say, the owner/builder needs a plate holder that reads, "proud to be awesome," because what lies under the skin on this car is simply amazing. It is clean, purposeful, and intricately detailed to a level that instantly puts almost everything else out there to shame.

Finished shots start at the top of the first page, but click through all the pages because the thread is in the process of being update with more build pics
