Man it crazy how fast and how much that thing sticks,

Hey Brian love that rig, we met at the Auto-x in Scottsdale a few months back.

Hey mate, first off, thank you for posting the car. I saw a shot of this car a while ago on Speedhunters and fell in love, it has to be one of the sexiest Corvette's on this earth and it gets used!!!!

Q: What's with the win'gs shape? And angle? AND WHY IS IT TRANSPARENT?!

Great cars, I love both the Corvette and the Camaro.

Leaf spring question for Brian

Brian,
Amazing car, your story has been a inspiration for my sons and myself getting into autocross with my 66 Coupe.

I just listened to your podcast interview with Robert Kibbe and was surprised (ok, shocked) just how stock your suspension is.http://www.themusclecarplace.com/tmc...ck-65-corvette

I know you can't give away all your secrets but could you give me a few hints on what modifications I should do for the rear? Poly or rubber bushings? What kind of leaf spring?

I know how busy you are but any hints would be appreciated!

I know it's transparent so you can see behind you. It needs to be steep to have much effect at lowish auto-x speeds.

Fast 8?

Hey Brian,

I saw this pop up the other day and thought the similarities are just undeniable.

So whats the story with this? Is your car the actual hero car or is this just a bad copy of yours? I assumed they were copying at first (imitation is the highest form of flattery right??), but then remembered that your Camaro was in either 6 or 7, so I thought there might be a connection there.

Either way pretty cool to see those two worlds touch, and however it happened congrats on inspiring Hollywood!!

Well, the Camaro was in movie 5 or 6 at the end so I'm sure, or would hope, they decided to use his vette this go around. Just a guess.

The FF series likes to use actual cars that people have built. Meanwhile, Transformers likes to just rip off people's actual cars without even asking or giving any notice or props to those people.

My Corvette was used to create 4 replica Corvettes for Fast 8. The original car was not harmed in this process :D That can not be said for the real Corvettes that were made to look like mine. :G-Dub: :G-Dub:

The car is going to be Letty's (Michelle Rodriguez) car in New York. There are going to be some exciting scene involving the replica Corvettes. I am excited to see how it all comes out.

So both of your cars ended up in fast and the furious movies. Congrats, that's unbelievable. That'll be really cool to see.
