Rear frame rails

Okay im going to give the metal work a break and show you what we did with the rear frame rails. We are running a 31 by 18 wide 20 in the rear so to get the car low the rear end has to be stuffed way up so the rear end actually hits the factory frame rail at ride height low we had to chop the frame rails out and water jet up some new ones here is the process in how we went about it

Heres a few more of the rear suspension for the weekend,Excuse the nasty hardware and spacers in some of the photos haha.Basically whats neat to point out is the threaded block that we welded in the chassis to adjust instant center on the rear suspension we mapped out all five points and added that which will help us tune the suspension a bit even though its a triangulated four link.We also water jet all the suspension components from scratch . Please excuse my grammar it sucks.

That's how we did it back in the day sometimes with string and tape. Before all these new fangeled computer programs. Looking good.
