Hey Syborg, not to hijack your discussion but can I inquire about your rear seat belts...specifically how the shoulder straps are anchored and what brand they are? It's exactly what I'm looking for to provide some protection for my boys when riding in my car with the roll bar. Even though the crossbar is removable, I feel it may be just as dangerous hitting the crossbar attachment studs as it would the bar itself in the event of a crash. Thanks

Not to worry at all. Early in the build process Dennis at High Speed Welding welded a crossbar with threaded bungs under the package tray and the 4 point seat belts are from Seat Belt Planet. The best part is they are DOT approved.

If you look back there are pics of the crossbar.

Marty, I've got slip fit at the header collector and v-band clamps right behind the mufflers. It works well though it can be a bear to pull off from the headers since I'm on my back when I do it. But not having to drop the over axle pipes is great. Best part is I can pull them out should I need to without dropping the rear end. I'm dumping my exhaust right behind the wheels too. I recommend something similar while you have your exhaust out.

Good luck!

Been a while but made some progress this weekend. Tail lights installed and made progress on the front.

What headlights are those?
I bought Dapper Lighting, still have'nt put them on, PNA. gonna take 4 hours or so, i might try to get them done before the tour.
My interior and rear seat delete hasn't gone so well. Upholstery was inquired about in May, was told 6 weeks before he could get me in. just after the 4th of july, then it was bring it in on the 20th (i was on vaca, so i screwed that one up) then bring it in the 10th of august, picked it up today, going back in October, with a short fuse.
I'm friends with Nick, his interior is very very nice, especially the rear panels and seats, other than that, pretty much stock, dash, door panels, carpet etc, but very clean....
Now, Marty on the other hand.....:hello:

The headlights are from Dapper. Yah, it took a while to cut open the headlight buckets to make room for the headlamps. Luckily, once you open up the buckets the lights clear the radiator support and bolts in fine.

For interior, I ordered the chicane pro seats from TMI. For the rear I’m still not decided on what to do.

Wow does your car look incredible & I can’t wait to see this car complete.

On a side note I deleted my post that I must have posted in your thread and yes I feel terrible about doing that.
