Thanks Chad

Seems I have an issue with cleaning cars and chrome is just way to much work.

This is more my speed

Carter Hickman did this rendering for me years ago and I think I am going to ask him to update it and put on my new wheels.

So when the car came home back in October I gave it a bath for the first time and Satin paint is really easy to wash. Just make
sure you use a Boars Hair brush as you don't want to polish the finish.

So first thing that we needed to figure out was how to get rid of the old car gas smell.

First up replace the gas cap. The tank I received from Goodmark was for a 71 and up and the cap we had was for a 70. I big thank you goes to the guys at Goodmark for helping me figure this out.

Next up was a filter/vent on a budget.

So 2 months later and no smell. Sometimes budget fixes work great

Last year Victor was kind enough to do a rendering for me.

Nice work, Marty. Did you use that easy to bend tubing that's copper something or another for your fuel lines?

Actually the guys at Village auto did it and that is what they used.

So I took the car to a local cruise night. People really seemed to like the simplicity of the car.
