Thanks Wayne!!

Roy originally wanted me to order the tan top... I'm so glad I didn't listen and got the black one instead... I think it helps the attitude of the car -- and makes it "go away" better --- rather than the tan top which would have been more "prominent".

Gwen's 650i Convertible (that I traded in without her permission) was this dark blue with a black top and I always liked that combo.

Beautiful car Greg -- looks so aggressive and so clean with the black top

Thanks Raj!

Aggressive attitude but traditional was the goal... I think it works. Just simple not too much chrome or glitz... looks like it's ready to race just standing still... and it sounds good without being stupid lumpy.

I hope she likes it.

If you weren't trying to build a friggin' Riddler car - your's might be done too! LOL

Mine is nothing but a body on a chassis with a motor in it.

And for those of you that are NOT going to The Grand National Roadster Show... (I'm truly sorry you're not!)

A couple more pics

The ugly duckling doesn't look so bad now with the hoodsides on.... (I'll hear from Charley about this comment I'm sure).

And the prerequisite "Buick" finned front brake drums....

Wherein there are these HUGE (LOL) Wilwoods.....

And now you see why I had the spreader bar painted instead of chromed... I thought it being chromed would take away the nice curves of the grill... So I had it painted to make it go away.

Looks great! I saw one yesterday that reminded me of your project. Eric actually did some work on this car when it was being built, he handcrafted the valve covers as I understand it...
