Just a high density urethane carving foam is what I've been told. We get it from a local foam shop.

Here is a few pics at the Puyallup Goodguys Show. RedZed won the Builders Choice Award :D . It was a good show for us overall and good to see a few of you guys stopping by the booth :thumbsup:

Hard to believe that I drove the car from Vancouver on Thursday 4 1/2 hours to get there. And through the rain to boot :( but all in all, it drove great!
