when you made those carbon vent molds, did you use a gel coat over the fiberglass to get a smooth finish?

No they are just body worked smooth. They are in primer now but once we are ready to send everything out it will all get blocked down painted and cleared so the end product is as nice as possible

Wow, this looks great. Which you have heard a 100 times already. How did you get the indentions from the cardboard to metal and then into the core support? Did you cut out the hole from the template and then weld the other pieces in? Sorry for probably an easy answer to a dumb just learning fabricator!
