When I have odd shaped pieces like this with lots of sharp edges etc --- I run 'em thru the bead blaster... with the right grit - it will take out scratches and dulls the sharps right off there!
Then the part is ready for some etching primer... :woot:

Greg,I was going to DA them first then glass bead them.I built this part over lunch the other day.I told Dan Holohan I would do something real quick to show his tru-oval punch's.Hoping to get some time over the next few month's to finish up and prep everything before it go's off to paint and powder coat.

OK, I gotta know how the sway bar in the rear adjusts? I know by moving the end link but does it get tighter by having the end link back closer to the bar and looser as it moves away? The reason it works this way is because the bar can't twist as much with the end link closer in? Am I close?

The longer the side arm the more leverage it has to twist the sway bar(That makes for a softer bar) .The shorter the arm the less leverage it has.(That makes for stiffer bar). The more ajustable the car is the easier it is to sort out.Soft rear bar tight car.Stiff rear bar loose car.So you are right.
