Final front end 3d work up for the headlight assembly look and grille. The full array of machinable front end parts and pieces come from this model.

Having planned on the car being a silver/pewter/gray color for the entire build, we did (for the 2nd time this SEMA) a pretty big 180 on the color. With the level of bodywork and detail on the car, we all agreed it should really be black. It would highlight the extensive mods to the front and rear, while working well with the interior grays/charcoals. With the front sheetmetal now being assembled, we could final fit the headlight bezels and template for the grille mesh pattern behind the grille to be machined on the headlight plates and get cut for the 'mesh' part of the grille. This was tricky as the pattern had to continue from the open grille and pick up perfectly on the plates without the pattern having a seam or break.

I absolutely love the rear, very concept car like. Front I am still getting use to. I saw it at SEMA, and quality was incredible as with all your other builds.
