It was probably overkill but theres somuch torque there going to handle I figured what the hell

Looks nice Tom, question how come you did just build a complete chassis? With all the power this one will have seems like an easy call, just wondering?

Hi Rick when we started we bought a Xv front and rear suspension and were putting a 345 35 19 in the back we installed it and the owner thought its just not enough tire in the rear which I actually agreed. So then became the sickness we all have here well lets modify it but we were to far in at that point to throw away other things we bought and did.But also for me It was exciting to create it from scratch and give a one off uniqueness and put my stamp on it.

More rear suspension

Okay here's some more rear suspension shots how we boxed it all making a rear shaft loop ,double shearing coil over mounts etc

Centering drive train

One thing i wanted to show you guys is there have been many builds I've done in the past that the drivetrain that are not centered and when you look at the engine bay head on you can see the engine is not in there center which bugged me .The Chrysler was pretty bad and trying to keep the Symmetrical theme I decided we needed to center the entire drivetrain on this build here are some pics of us cutting up the rear end and weld up in our Mark Williams fixture.

Trick threw the frame sway bar

Since the tires are so wide I wanted to maximize the sway bar length so I decided run the sway bar threw the frame and make the sway bar run on roller bearings.

Slick sway bar mount, did you get a new fab guy?

Actually Chryslers had the stupid offset to clear the power steering box. Lazy bums. LOL
