The fabrication work on this car is astounding! We really like the idea of putting the sway bar facing forward on the inside of the tub. You don't really see that often, and it seems like a neat idea.

Hey you must not have gotten the memo. This thread isn't for serious discussion of any kind! :D

Seriously, thanks for the words. I am stoked to be working with the team of Pettigrew and Sutton... with some Payton King sauce sprinkled on occasionally.

Imho those will be some of your favorite pics someday...as time 'flashes' forward very quickly. :)

Beautiful car, the attention to detail is very apparent. I think the only thing I would change is the wheels, maybe a little more lip. Very nice car sir!

P.S.
If you ever consider swaping to a TKO500/600 or T-56 give us a call at Hurst Driveline Conversions.707-544-4761 ext:457

Wheels? I've been following this for like 15 years and I don't remember any wheels mentioned....

I just wonder what color it's going to be.....:popcorn2:

Why would a car that lives on jack stands need wheels?

That's why I really like you Gregor... you always bring that missing logic to the discussion.

It's been a little while since I've been on here posting...I'm going to get better about that this coming year. I see you're making some progress with the Camaro, good to see Dave. Also, congrats on the new addition to your family! Our daughter just turned a year old and combine that with our 9 yr old son, we are always busy. I've coached baseball and football this year, so get ready...haha. Enjoy the kids, they grow quick!

Hey Corey - thanks!

Yeah I hear ya on the sports and business.... my son just "graduated" from his first sports class/season... he started it before he was 2... which just boggles my mind. :headspin:

I agree about Jim's work! Question about the Sweet PS Rack: By Everything I've read over the years, it appears the inner TRE's are a little too narrow for the track width. Is there something special in the FE geometry that eliminates bumpsteer" with the rack offset? Thanks!

Btw Dave, that is why my projection is/was called "dis-traction" , my kiddos are out of college, we had em at 24,26,27 so....time for cars lol (well not lol, cause I didn't)

GW,

All those years you enjoyed great health you were rippin' people on here.

You get a little under the weather for a few months and you start playin' nice.

:sarcasm_smiley:

For your own well-being, it's about time you started dishin out yer own special brand of snark on here again!

Hopefully see some movement later this year. Just accumulating parts here and there in the meantime. Somehow we accumulated a station wagon during that process. :D

Payton's beast is next up in the hopper and I'm excited to see that come together.

Bash... a thread is coming soon on the wagon. Just some subtle changes/upgrades on that one. :popcorn2:

On a scale of 1 to America, this build is right up there, I'm in for the long haul bud!
