I cut out the holes the same shape of the cardboard in the core support. I also cut a peice of 1/4 plate the same shape. I then hammerd 20g around the plate as it were buck trimmed the edges to fit and tig welded it in.

I love all the work that you have done so far especially the roll cage. How are you going to install head liner and panels with the cage tucked so tight?
