Hey Chris your build looks great. I haven't had any work done by Dutchboys myself but I'm a big fan of theirs.

Based on their track record you've made an obvious and excellent choice.

I think the whole Father - Son aspect of their business is way cool too.

When spending this kind of money on a project I'm sure it's a lot easier to sleep at night knowing talented people like them are doing the work.

I'll be following this thread closely!!!

It's the little things, all the hadware, hose/fittings, seals, rollers to rebuild the window assemblies, etc... that I have never really thought about, well tried but never had a good list.:bang: :confused18: Oh well it's just :G-Dub:

Chris you have chosen some top craftsman for this build at all stages no doubt.:D

Those little things do add up especially when they are top of the line stuff :G-Dub:

Way to go Chris. Car looks great and is in great hands! Pick your shops like you pick your friends and they'll always have your back.

That last 20% = 70% of the build :)

And what's up with that Torino guy posting pics of his parts in your thread? :wrongforum: :popcorn2: lol...

Hey Thanks for checking it out! Yes Dutchboys do great work and I will be super happy to say I had them do this stage of the work, and yes its way easier to not worry about the car when you are lucky enough to have quailty shops doing the alot of the work. I have been pretty lucky to have meet alot of great guys here and a ton of great info to figure out what I wanted and where to get it done right the 2nd time around, first time was a shame!

I am looking forward to getting this project ready for final assembly and running so I can get it out and start having fun with it and getting out to meet more people from the site!

Hey Rob,
I was glad to find these guys to help make this car what I want! I have been lucky to have a good job for the funding and a very understanding wife!

The little things do add up fast and there is much you don't even think of! I am just glad I had access to those connectors in that pic at a very good discount!

A few updates on Chris' car, We have been super busy at the shop lately and have made some great progress on the car. The car is finally ready for the bodywork stage. We have been fine tuning gaps all around the car. Getting the front sheet metal fitting perfectly. Which took a bit of work. Along with re-leading the roof/qtr seems, also doing some smoothing and tucking on the bumpers and any other Misc fab work that needed to be done. Time to make is pretty now!:gitrdun:

Here is a link to some photos ive been taking along the way. Look for some of the bodywork stage coming up soon.
