Goodguys car show pics. The flash made the suede look a little gray in the picture. Still need to do a bunch of trim work but its getting there. WCAC is freeking amazing. My jaw dropped when I seen the interior today. Needs a tad bit more wiring, build intake tubes for manifold, install exhaust, then work out the kinks and shes done....

Hey John- car looks awesome. The pictures look great but I'll tell ya, it looks way better in person. The pics just don't capture all the details, as you know. Pamela and Emma sure did a great job.

Hi John,

I was just wondering how your cars was coming along. I remember you saying the shop was going to have it to you in 2 weeks.

Post a video when you hear it running for the first time.

They told me two weeks at the show but you know how that goes. My neighborhood had their local car show today and I missed it.

Vince@Meanstreets 09-14-2013 11:26 PM

Hi John,

How is the car coming along? Its been over a month and since they promised it to you in 2 weeks, it should be running by now.

Didnt you say it had 2-3 months worth of work? How would it get done in 2 weeks?

Vince@Meanstreets 09-30-2013 02:33 PM

Math works for me... Anything from them?

John510 10-01-2013 09:25 PM

Yes they repainted my roof because the last shop in Petaluma lowered a lift on it and effed it all up. They tried to repaint it so I wouldn't notice but then when the window trims weren't lining up and the paint didn't match we knew something was off. Sanded the roof down and sure enough they filled it with bondo so had to redo the roof again with metal.

Car is wired but waiting for the exhaust to go on before it gets fired. Also working on a custom dual intake setup.

Vince@Meanstreets 10-01-2013 09:26 PM

ouch, good to hear its moving along.
