Nice progress. That panel bond is awesome stuff. I used it once on the back side of a shaved and painted firewall.

I like that gray for the underside. What colour will the suspension be? I would do black, but it's your car.

Thanks, yeah the suspension will be a satin black to match the 9" I already painted!

Love this build! I'm diggin the bonded panels. That makes so much sense. I felt guilty for bonding my tunnel cap till I saw your build. Not so guilty now. Keep pluggin away and you will be on the road before you know it. GREAT WORK!!!!

:thankyou: Thanks guys I appreciate the comments it has been a long road but there is light at the end of the tunnel!

A lot of work and not a lot to show .... body work is HARD! Anyway, first round is sanded down to 180 and second coat of lite weight filler is drying now and I'll get everything down to 320 and back in epoxy. That should be good enough for a vinyl wrap!

This would be a whole lot easier if I didn't have osteoarthritis in my wrist, after 4 or 5 hours of sanding blocks my wrist is thumping hard!

Thanks for looking ...

Vinyl wrap sounds like a good idea might have to do that so I won't be in paint jail for a year.
