Thanks for the props guys!! Once again it feels good to have forward progress. Seems like it's been forever. I actually got all the recent work done in about 3 weeks. It's amazing what you can when you actually work on it!! I think I'll be very steady on it from now until it goes in for paint which hopefully will be no later than April... But I'm not holding breath. We'll just have to wait and see. I'll keep throwing updates up when I have them.

Roger..Too Much III??...I wish. That Mr. Parson's is one talented individual. Thanks for the comparison though!! Just like John though. I'm just an average guy doing what he can in his very small garage!! I swear the garage gets smaller by the day. Gets frustrating at times but whatcha gonna do?

Garage too small? Perhaps build a Camaro...they're smaller than a tri-5...

Brent it looks great! I take it you do all the metal work your self? Nice job!!!

Trust me Anthony. Camaro is next on the chopping block. Going back to my roots. It will be a 68, I think you'll like that!! And, yes I do my own metal work, Thanks. Keep learning alot as I progress through. Hoping by the end of the weekend I'll have the rear trunk floor, firewall, and finish the floors inside as well.

More progress pics from last weekend. The floors, firewall & trunk are completely welded in. It was nice to get it outside. Been along time since it has seen daylight. Time to hang the doors and fenders so I can start fabbing up the motor compartment. This will take along time to get it done the way I want it. By far will be the most challenging part of the build.

I bought the firewall from a place back east. The advertise in Street Rodder all the time. I'll get the number for you. I think it was Speed Center ?? Anyways, very nice piece. Made out of 16 gauge. It was like $200.00.

Found the link Jim..here it is http://www.thespeedcenter.net/SpeedC...meFrameSet.htm

Thanks for the props!!

Brent
