Just completed this project… been thinking about this for some time & finally got around to making a set.. pedals that are adjustable from side to side & little adjustment from up & down.. This will should help with heel & toe.. Plus I wanted to increase the pedal ratio.. the Wilwood’s have a 6.25 ratio & now we have increased it to 7.25 ratio.. this should give a bit more leverage.. We will need to play around with M/C bore size to find one that is not very firm but will give us a small amount of travel for modulation..

Spoiler looks killer Cris, not to mention all the other work being done. That thing is going to be one bad machine! Nice work on the pedals also, you're turning out some incredible things.

Car has a new front spoiler in the works.. & it just got a whole new attitude.. IMO.. The signal lights are now gonna be brake ducts..

:thankyou:

We've been experimenting with various aerodynamic improvements on the 70 Challenger. In order to aid our development, we've generated a rough model of the Challenger center profile to study the characteristics of airflow over the body. By creating a virtual wind tunnel with the aid of CFD simulation software, we can evaluate how changes in spoiler angle, height, and profile--for example--affect the overall lift and drag generated throughout the body. While this model only gives us a partial representation of the aerodynamic behavior of the car, it is a great starting point in evaluating how certain changes alter the pressure zones and air velocity over and under the vehicle. As we develop a more comprehensive model of the car, more and more aspects of the car's behavior at speed will be realized.

^ Did you write that Cris? :headscratch:

Cris@JCG 07-23-2013 07:24 PM

I just copied & pasted from some aerodynamics search I did on Google.
