LOOKS Awesome

hey Curts that s looks really awesome!

I have those same valve covers. Are you using a catch can with them?
Can you take a pic of the PCV routing?

Simple but effective.

The Holley stuff looks clean. Nice updates!

It’s a balance and I get it. My problem is that I only see imperfections and want to chase what can’t be caught. Ugh.

I'm loving the new look. It was nice before, but this is so much more becoming of the engine bay.

Thanks. It is a nice step up. My one dislike is that the fuel rails have the Holley Logo on them. Hate that. They aren’t paying me to advertise. Jerks.

That’s what they are for! I am lucky that the Vegas weather allows me to drive pretty much year round.

I am not. I’ve asked two different mechanics and both stated I don’t need one. I am certain there are those who will disagree and I’m sure it wouldn’t hurt to do so. I’ll send a few pics when it gets home. Remind me if you don’t get them by the end of the month.

That is a super nice Camaro! As others have said.... great to see you actually drive it! 10K+ miles a year is what these RestoMod/ProTouring cars should see :). Hoping to be driving mine a lot when it gets done or at least driveable later this year.

I too suffer from this problem my friend. One of the reasons I don't do paint and body work.

Two trips to Scottsdale AZ and Three to SoCal!! With all the restrictions this past year, the car helped me keep busy. Money well spent.

Dropped an Airplane off at WA Pane field for some heavy maintenance on Monday. Rather than jumping on the first commercial flight home, I grabbed a rental and headed down to Christ Holstrom Concepts. Got a tour of the shop, meet more of the crew and a detailed briefing on all that's been addressed on my car. Adrianne Weld showed up in the 40 along with Basher as did my buddy Tom who lives in the local area. The weather was awesome so we headed out for a bit of fun. Fist stop was Griots Garage and then over to AME for few. It was a fantastic day for a shake down run! There's not a lot of smooth, flat road there, but we managed to find a section that allowed me to hit 115 mph and check the vibration issue (which is gone).

The new T56 Magnum-F shifts super smooth and I was surprised at the reduced throw. Getting into reverse takes a bit more muscle, but it's not as long of a stretch. Very pleased.

The new accessory drive from Holley made a huge improvement on the over all look under the hood, but it also made other not so great looking items stand out. I decided to make a few more changes to address that and over all it's an improvement. Perfect... no, but it doesn't suck by any means. Yeah.... I'm OCD.

Here's a BEFORE pic. It's a decent setup, but the more I looked at it, the more it reminded me of Tow Mirrors on an F-350.

The new Mid Mount Setup and routing of the AC hoses was an improvement, but things seemed cluttered to me.

I pushed the EASY button and bought valve covers and billet fuel rails from Holley and swapped the brake master for a black one. CHC added the stainless hardware, made up the cross over and cleaned up the wiring a little. Should have gone this route in the first place. That white plug is being swapped out FYI.

I have been very impressed with the level of customer service from CHC and plan to build another car with them. The quality of work is 100% and everything has been completed ahead of schedule.

The car is being picked up on 4/15 which means it will arrive just in time for LS Fest. After that it'll be photos and :animated_bye_bye_em

The engine bay looks sick, great improvements👍🏻
I was going through the Holley fuel rail installation manual/instructions, and noticed they recommend to install grounding straps ( one on each fuel rail). Would like to know if they are installed in yours after the upgrade to Holley Fuel rail. If so, would like to know please from where to get those grounding straps.

Thanks in advance

That seems kinda odd, but I’ll have a look when it gets home and let you know.
