Working on the rear brakes ... hoping my wheels will come in soon so I can get a tire mounted and have a roller!

Had to modify/ clearance the Ford bearing end flange to get the brakes in the front AND pull cables in front, but it came out great ... all torqued and ready for wheels!

Michael it just keeps getting better. I am looking forward to seeing it move under power. BTW, I went back to page one again and remembered all the rusty bits. You sure have come a long way and always a constant motivator as you go!

Thanks Scott, I want to see this under it's own power too  Here's another one for you ...

Flash back Friday ... remembered when I pulled off the roof and found mouse houses in the front bow, man did that stink, yuck!

Shifted gears ... trying to get the steering column in and matched with the rack, not going so good. Seems the Retro-fit 67 Camaro Ididit column is TOO long, needs to be around 29" vs 31.5", and Ididit columns only come in 28" and 30". Messed with the position and came up with a good compromise ...
probably could use the 30" gonna have to check!!!

Bolted in the stock position shifted all the way back ... 4" into engine compartment!

Shifted back into cab about 2.70" ... mo better!

I could never figure out why all rear stuffing was coming out of my rear seat. When I was pulling it down for sand-blasting I found all the missing stuffing in that same area with the familiar mouse house smell. That must have been a convenient and comfortable place for the average mouse to get into -funny!
