Hey guys! Where have I been? Well, over the last couple years I started my own business and I can't tell you how much time and money it takes! Between that and spending time with family my time was more that used up! I finally got around to logging on the other day and it was super nice to see everyone's builds moving right along! Congrats guys!

On Rudy's - he wired his shut - because the doors are made to be able to use the lights without them being opened - and #1 because he doesn't drive his car at night anyway. Sounds stupid but it's actually correct. He drives it mostly during the longer summer days when it's light out til 10. LOL

I thought about that Greg but I have to have them working the way they were intended. Its just me.

its a pain to get them right but its doable.
if you make the two wholes on the core support bigger it gives you some much needed wiggle room . you'll be surprised how much alignment gets better with just a slight movement. once you get them where you want them. place a washer (with correct ID )to cover enlarged whole, trace perimeter and cut it out, weld washer of correct gauge to match core support and you'll have a nice pretty finish with correct whole location.
also playing with shims ( adding / subtracting ) on door shaft I also used a washer / shim on the core support bolts between core and housing to tilt up or down.
its going to take some pulling and pushing on the rest of it.
hope this helps
