Well here are some pictures of what doesn't seem like a whole lot of progress but let me tell you these headlites and grill have been a nightmare!!! What your looking at is the FINAL fit . The gill opening is made from fiberglass and just seems to change every time I take it out and put it back in. The picture on the top right shows how tight the line is . I can take the grill off and put it back on and the friggin line would be to wide WTF!!!! So after more than forty times taking it on and off and almost pitching it in the trash I finally got the POS to stay in one place. I had to fill and strengthen the back side to keep it from moving . By doing that it goes back in the same position everytime I take it on and off now. I'm finding out the little details take a lot of time . I'm on to the engine compartment next . I should have the first round of primer on in a couple of weeks. |
