Work your way from the rear door gaps to the front sheet metal... Align your doors, assemble the front sheet metal & square, make sure the sub-frame with bushings are the ones that will be used on final assembly with radiator support,& then start cutting away..
We completely re-did the front corners on the fenders.. lots of removing & re-install.. cutting grinding & measuring.. & most important of all "PATIENTENCE" .. It will come together..

I think I have told you guys before that when we design something & machine it .. We try to apply it in different applications.. The billet reservoirs have been a great item for us..

DSE Master cylinder with booster..

Wilwood master cylinder direct mount..

http://i1015.photobucket.com/albums/...n/IMG_0988.jpg

How about remote mount of the reservoirs!!

Here is another pulley we machined.. I think this will be the final one for this application.. Now we need to get the rest of the pulleys..

Outstanding work Cris, Top notch on the reservoirs. You planning on doing production on the pulleys also?

Looking very nice
Keep up the good work

Also looking if some of these are going to be available to the public.
Brake reservoirs or the ac bracket and pulleys

Cris@JCG 03-07-2011 05:04 PM

I am working on getting the parts side of the business up & running..

I don't know about doing pulleys yet.. I have to find a track system that works best for the LS conversions I am doing to justify the cost of doing pulleys..

Here is what the remote reservoir bracket for clutch will be looking like for the DSE master cylinder set up..

Cris - many thanks for the time yesterday in your shop. Seeing all these parts in person was like a drug. I was f'n high the whole ride home!

Also, that MOI converstion I had w you and your friends from Wilwood was very cool; almost better than the time we spent on my stuff ...it's nice to get inside industry engineering once in a while vs. chatting it up at an event!

Cris@JCG 04-24-2011 04:33 PM

Good to see that you enjoyed your visit Ron!

Dennis is one sharp mechanical engineer.. I have learned alot from him & keep discovering new things in our conversations with my other friend that visit on Saturday's..

Jay- The blocks are machined on inlet to -10 & the dual outlets to a -6 that are o-ringed or as Aeromotive would call ORB.. so the choices of buying fittings are open to your choice of fuel requirements.. This small qty. we ran are available to sell.. PM me in the next few days & will have pricing.. also will have pricing for the DSE master cylinder reservoir with insert..

Really like fuel distribution block Cris. Wish I had one of those when I plumbed my car and the other Camaro I just did. What are the port sizes. Are you going to be selling those? If so how much.
