That car is an attention getter for sure! You did a nice job sprucing it up.
Beth said she had some fun with the car before picking me up. I was a bit nervous sending her out alone since we hadn't put miles on after fixing the electrical/fuel leak problem. I am extremely happy that it was a successful voyage. Having the car ready for her to hop in and go have some fun is exactly what I wanted to accomplish. |
I just saw this thread for the first time....awesome work! Love your dedication on working through the gremlins that we deal with in this hobby. And I know it was a few years ago, but hope your trip to The Big Isle was a blast....Saddle road had a new bypass opened a few months ago that eliminates most of the "sketchy" areas.:excited:

This was a cool thread!! My wife wants to do a camaro like this as well!
Any updates on the car? How's it running? How's the baby (I'd imagine 2 by now right?)? |

Our baby (Jacob) referenced earlier in the thread is now 3 ½ and is joined by his little brother Alex who’s 3 months. Time sure flies! Jacob loves riding in the Camaro. We strap his car seat in the center of the back seat and throw on some ear protection. He says “mommy’s Camaro is really fast!”. |
Get those kids hooked, young!

That's awesome Ed! My 14 month old loves hearing me start up my vette. I can't wait till she's big enough to ride in it.
The 11 and 8 year old already love it!! A family full of car nuts!!! |
