Looks like a DSE Unit

Item # 050102 Brake Booster and Master Cylinder Kit - 1970-191 Camaro/Firebird

You are going to also need the reduced angle bracket if it's for a 2nd gen

I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on the differences between the 1st gen vs. 2nd gen F-bodies... after they've been given the DSE treatment?

Yes, the centers were painted body color then finished with a flat clear.
