Lance's statement sums up the results of all the work on the car.

A new torque arm and subframe connectors.
New Ridetech struts and shocks with Rons valving.
All new spring rates.
New larger front and rear sway bars.
An adjustable panhard bar.
Taller ball joints.

Working with Ron on this has been a great experience. The positive difference in the car and the ability to tune the balance with a few minor adjustments is amazing.

There are a few issues, as there always are when you modify a car, but Ron is addressing those. Unfortunately those issues didn't really let me find out what the car is really capable of.

Hopefully next month I can get the car back on track with the suspension locked down and really find some speed. :flag2:

We gave it all we had!

Funny --- at Sonoma we both lapped a GT2 Porsche that won Watkins Glen in it's class.... the car surely has to be way faster than either of our old crates... but this was a classic case of, the car was good - the driver sucked!

Rob's car is becoming good - and he's very good....

Bugs always show up when you're asking for maximum effort.... it's frustrating - but was good to see the car performing very well when the alignment held it's settings.

I'm finally asking Old Yeller for all she's got - might have to add some Caster or maybe some more camber... Sutton will think about what the right course of action will be there. Compared to the loose bungholio I suffered at Sonoma - the track bar adjustment paid off at Thunderhill..... amazes me to this day what a small amount of adjustment can do to the handling!! I see guys at the track - and know people too - that adjust about 10 things every outing. They'll never know what their car is doing or what adjustment worked, or didn't work. I'd prefer to make a driver adjustment and just work with whatever the car is doing - - and have "waved off" making any adjustments to the car for the last 3 years....

I have some new stuff arriving to solve some of the issues from T-Hill

And plans for something else to add some speed.

Let me know when and where, I'm almost ready for another road trip!

You know that front end will change the entire "tune". Stiffer springs in those boxes?
 :flag2:

There are a few punch list items to go through before I hit the track again in AOM.:drowninga:

Be ready in Nov for Sonoma and Laguna Seca. Bring a car. :buttkick:

You never know what's Next on the list. Just remember even a cheap track car wants to spend your $$:shakehead:

Both Sonoma and especially Laguna have walls that scare me, I've heard they jump right out at you:confused59:

Funny thing, when I looked at that wing earlier I thought the truss system was just a fancy display and not part of the mounting....:sieg:
