Happy Birthday Greg.

Looks like you slimmed down since you got stuck in the Vette.

How's that burnt tire checker?? Would have been interesting to see what temps I had that last run! I was pushing it pretty hard out there.

You found & exceeded the old setup limits for sure. I wish we'd got lap times. Having to lower the rear panhard bar 1/2" on each side is a pretty good measure of how much rear grip you needed to add to run that fast.

At NASA Thunderhill --- running with (leading) this Porsche around -- he said we ran 2:03's and the slowest was 2:05

Car handled GREAT! OMG fun. Given the high temps -- the track was hotter than you know what -- so I'm real happy with those times. You know what the tires felt like! HOT!!

Guys that don't understand ---- trust me ---- a '65 NON-aero Mustang on leaf springs -- leading (he couldn't catch me) a highly prepped Porsche around is saying "the car handles great!!" Thank you Ron Sutton!!

Well --- not that you'd know what a fast lap time actually was.....

The 2:03 / 2:04 would have put me/him in 4th place in NASA TT class which included TTU (unlimited) that was 1st Place @ 1:59 in a Norma (times are posted for the event on NASA website... We (the Porsche and I) were running mid to late day - I don't remember which session or what time - really doesn't matter.

http://racehero.io/events/nasa-norca...-12-13/results

And our times were good for a 4ish or better in Group D - defined below.

GROUP D - PORSCHE RACING CHALLENGE, GT, SPEC944, SPEC911, SE46, GTS

So --- in fewer words -- the driving was just fine.
