Yeah me too ... it's a full restoration to oem specs, well ... except the perfect body work and two stage paint job cut and buffed to perfection. The owner has had this car since new and wants the new back, willing to oblige, it's a lot of work but also each stage has it's goal of perfection!

Yeah most are ... and there are those that come in and you have to fix the horrible work someone else did to the car but attention to detail is like OCD!

Right now I'm lead on a 1970 GTO ... repair and repaint the endura bumper, fit a Dynacorn hood with a functional cowl induction system and align the front end sheet metal. Pretty blue paint but lip stick on a pig is still a PIG!!!!

Here's an update in no particular order .... some work pictures, the GTO Dynacorn pos hood made 'mo better, endura bumper cracks fixed and blended the fenders and cleared, wet sanded and buffed to perfection.

Then ... 68 Camaro restomod, LS engine T56 and RS chassis. The shop did all the rust repair last year and the customer brought back the car to get fitted and paint! Should be fun :mock:

My Camaro ... working on the tunnel still. Bought a Bowler T56 tunnel cap and been fitting it to my car ... it's close, measure 12 times and cut 2 times. SO, I have it real close but not happy with the width of the front so I'll use the break at work to match the width of the car.
Oh, and the transmission mount that came in the kit was not the correct one ... seems I needed a reduced height mount to lower the tail shaft and get my 2.5 degrees and keep the headers from hitting the floor pan, lol.

Measured a dozen times and cut twice ... she's close, giving about .75 inch clearance on the transmission. I need to decrease the angle of the sides to get closer to 12" in the front to align better w the car. Then do an angle cut and weld the back to slope into the back.

Started collecting some oiling system parts. Improved Racing's 205 thermostat, remote filter and the plumbing. Need to decide on the cooler soon!
