Wow, that is some nice fab work! I like the exhaust clearance, the extra structure you've added in the rear seat area, and the rear down tubes used for integrating the trunk hinge supports.

Wonderful stuff, keep up the great work!

The panel looks great, I love seeing work like that. It sets the build apart. How much pressure do you use to stamp those?

What guage material are you using for the floors and closeouts??

Thank you Wayne! The bead roller we have has a set of dies that give us that roll with a measured presure on the top adjustable shaft

We are using 18 gage CR (cold rolled) sheetmetal..
1/4 1018 CR plate to weld tubes to sheetmetal
1020 DOM tube .120 wall

I had a PM on our reservoirs.. about how we made them.. 3 pcs reservoirs..
