I got a chance to see the finished camaro yesterday. It even stopped raining a bit for me to get a ride in it.
The car turned out really nice, the car drives great a real comfortable ride, even over a set of railroad tracks. Rudy got on it a-bit and the car really plants you in the seat it took off like a rocket.
The car turned out great and its a completly different car than it was before.
Good job on Mr. Welds part.

I hope it lasts him a few years!

Was fun to see ya - glad you liked the results!

Will project updates do?

Sure Curtis...... it just probably shouldn't be in the new members introductions... LOL

:thankyou: And the box and wiring was a Hiway 22 kit from American Autowire.

Well... this little "let's replace the front end bushings" project is just about complete. You may recall that Rudy has a small mishap with a Honda about two weeks after getting his car back.... which evolved into a complete paint job -- which in turn -- led to a complete interior. Today I got a pic of the door panel so that means it's got to be just about done!

A little bump.....

This is a bad photo -- but the "inserts" are perforated. And there's a strip of carpet on the bottom of the door and the raised area is perforated.

I like the way the rear seat turned out.

Grey, any idea what these interior guys use to get that bevel that's on the interior door panel around the insert? Turned out good, nice work there.

NO IDEA -- some hard shapeable foam would be my guess.
