Some Jalops are pretty biased against american cars. Lots of positive comments though. Seems like most of the negs were from Facebook whiners who b*tch about everything.

New video
A. Run the car without boost.
B. Run the car with boost --add procharger belt-- C. Run for your life! Check it! http://vimeo.com/4451750 |
Nice vid!
I just checked out the SEMA girls of '08 vid as well...nice work!! ;) |
Great video. That is very cool Nova!
|
Damm run the belt......:unibrow: :hail:
|
its on the edge of insanity with the belt. Probably back the boost down just a little. That way the motor will last and it will be more controllable

That car just looks so damn sinister...:unibrow:

Still happy that I got to work on this one,Also one of the nastiest sounding cars out there
|
I saw this car at GoodGuys Indy. Pictures CAN NOT do this car justice! So many mods to this car, you could stare at it for hours any still not catch them all.
Awesome car! :hail: |
Thanks guys for the comments. I was out at indy with my brothers and talked to a lot of people out there about it. We finally took delivery of the car and are running the supercharger belt at all times and loving it!! You should see a 50+ mph pull in this thing... one word NASTY!
Look for it in popular hotrodding september issue. If your in the chicago burbs and hit any of the local shows, chances are you will see it. -derek http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/n...a/IMG_2534.jpg HOME! http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/n...a/IMG_2448.jpg |

Wow...the more we see and hear of this car the better.
What's the minimum level of motor needed to utilize a F2? |
I know I could find it somewhere but does anyone recall the rear tire size?
|
Rear Tire
295/45/18... works GREAT on the car IMHO!!!
I like a little more sidewall on a muscle car... |

Ok I am looking for this tire and can't find it. Is it the T/A kdw. That's what I see on the sidewall but when I look it up the tread doesn't match and I don't see the 295/45/18 size. Can somebody help me?!!

During the build they said that there were only a handful of those tires left. |
Maybe I missed it... but how do you keep the belt on the super charger when its mounted to the core support? Solid motor mounts and solid core support body mounts?

some rolling action
A buddy of mine took some footage of us on our way to a car show over the holiday weekend. Put over 100 miles on the car that day! Some new updates to the car are that we are now running mickeys in the rear (still have the bfg's). Also RR added a lower grill under the front bumper for extra cooling, it looks great!
http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/n...vasupercar.jpg enjoy! |
