Dig that cage. Looks like it gives plenty of room in the back seat area. Nicely done.

Finally got a chance to see my car in person for the first time in 5 months ! And I was completly blown away :wow: . I couldn't beLIEve my eyes the front stretch is unbelieveable. You absolutly cannot tell these front fenders have ever been touched! The 19x10 285-35-19's fit perfect with plenty of turning room.! Troy asked me not to post pictures of the method he used to do this stretch but I have to tell ya its brilliant!! And the rest of the fab work up until this point is outstanding.. :hail: My car has come a long way and I couldn't be happier with what Troy and crew have done with my car..

It looks awesome Mario! Seeing it like that makes it all worth while. Have you stopped smiling yet??? When I was a kid I wished for tires that big for the back of my Camaro never mind the front! Its coming out beautiful. Congrats.

Looking forward to seeing all of those parts too. Are you planning on using their front grille? I know they left enough material on the edges that you can trim to fit and get some of the best fit between the fender and grill of just about any Camaro out there.

Also what's up with the fender extensions. I noticed those have been cut

matt

Looking back at the photos of when you first started on this car and comparing them to these last ones you just posted is amazing. It's crazy how much of a change there is.

That cut don't count, Troy is just fixin repop fenders and then somebody went "while we are here.....":unibrow:

Only a diehard 69 owner can see the stretch and it definitely subtle. If you can't tell what was done, it was done proportionally right imo. Props to Troy and his crew for all the work they do.

Cris@JCG 08-27-2012 08:46 PM

You could have saved a bunch of $$$ if you just would have put a negitive 3 camber.. :D

or just run narrow frame rails!

Apparently I must not be a "diehard" 69 owner because I just cannot see the stretch in the fender. If someone can point out where the stretch is Id love to be educated on it. I have a ton of work done on mine but unfortunately at the end of the day they still look like bolt ons.

That right there has to be the best boob job in the universe......and I do mean that with the upmost sincerity

Mario, the car looks fantastic.

Okay Okay there not stretched, there I said it...:D Don't want anyone getting in a post battle over this!! Without going into a ton of detail and the risk of offending anyone. There were several reasons why we decided not to stretch the fenders. I still have the same exact wheel and tire size that Jason has and the exact same offset. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what Troy did.. And the best thing about it I gave up NOTHING!!!!

Ron in SoCal 08-30-2012 02:59 PM

I see a very crisp line above the wheel opening, extending to the door and followed through on the rear. That's about all? But I'm no rocket scientist...:D
