Got the stake pockets nice and smooth and pretty close to flat, just a little filler, but on the sides I'm on paint and this shows the height from the paint to bare metal. Less than 1/16"

Thats a different way to do it, will you have to cut into the inside of the fender or is there enough room to raise it? Wayne

On these trucks its a plastic inner fender. Instead I'm going to mate some sheetmetal stock ones from an older truck smoothed out and have them raised up high.

Should look good.
