Starting to get dressed up...
:gitrdun:
Making some progress, I got the AC all vacumed, purged and filled with freon. I was having issues with leakes.on radiator hoses, but have now got those all corrected. The small steam vent hose was giving me the most trouble dripping down on the other two hoses making it look like they were the problem. I was also having an issue with my new Pro 5.0 shifter. I was barely able to get into first gear and reverse, after further looking at the shifter and some go ogling I was able to determine that the GTO T56 that I am using needed the shifter lever swapped out with shorter one from a camaro T56, oh well live and learn. Got the grill, bumper and headlight trim installed. http://i1087.photobucket.com/albums/...214_193137.jpg It took some digging to figure out this little known fact that the Camaro uses the shorter shifter lever on the left. http://i1087.photobucket.com/albums/...GTO%20long.jpg :flag2: |

RIght on! Congrats on the big step!! Now it's just the little nit picky things to tidy up to finish it up. |
Outside for some pictures...
I had to get it out in the driveway for some more inspiration, so that I could see it at more of a distance than just in the garage.

apologies for not perusing your entire thread, but what headlights are those ?

Nice looking Camaro. Are you taking it on Power Tour this year?

Updates...
The headlights and bulbs that I ended up using are these types.
The headlights http://www.ebay.com/itm/7-ROUND-GLAS...item540831bac6 The inside bulbs: http://www.ebay.com/itm/161614752487...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT I am not sure if the car will be ready for power tour, I still have a number of critical path's to complete....:whenitsdone: :flag2: |
My first try at a headliner install...
With all of the other stuff that I have tried I thought I would give a try installing my headliner. In the end it wasn't so bad.
