The front shocks still need to be adjusted to get the front end down another 2 inches to get to ride height.

super build! what i dont get is if its a one lap car.. why the front sheetmetal is steel and not aluminum??.. or CF.. i mean in a racecar less weight equals more speed and less tirewear..
its so close to penny it should almost be named dolly (the cloned sheep) no offence intended, it just seems alittle showcar'ish and not a true one lap uncompromizing streetable racecar but love the build.. it is exactly what a g.mashine is in my book... a streetable racecar... |

Duece - The One Lap of America is not about balls out race cars in street trim or ultra light customs with licence plates. There are far too many race venues and way too many miles of highway driving packed into one week for that. Besides, at this point in my life I wanted a real car that I could enjoy on my own terms. |
Spent a little bit of time today working through the plumbing of the clutch and brake master cylinders and remote reservoirs.

And started looking at mounting options for the coils:

We'll start hanging the front sheetmetal this week then get an alignment done and weld the subframe in...

looking good. I love the Tilton 900 series pedals. Any reason you went with the CV Products reservoirs over the Tilton version?

Epic. The best part of being in this business, is to see a car of this caliber come together.
The engine screams for a custom intake, but I'm sure you knew that. Tyler |
