The Bracket is not quite what I wanted, I came back from lunch and that is what we had. That may get changed or not, depends on time remaining before SEMA. It is just flat strap tacked togther. I need to close off the top to get all the air through the radiator as well as the sides of the core support and below the grille. I want to force all the air through the grille not allow it to go anywhere else.

With 2 big 16 fans, we should not have trouble keeping it cool, plus I put the coolers a little further out in front to get the air from around the coolers to go through the radiator with less resistance and for cooler air through the radiator. The coolers are way overkill as far as size. If we can block everything all the air going through the grille should go through the radiator.

We might scale it tommorrow.

I didn't realize you could fit two 16's with that radiator support. On a stock core you can run two 13's if you're lucky. I'm looking at having a custom radiator built right now and the stock support is a challenge for the road course and street.

I can get you a deal on the PRC units if your interested. They are pretty nice and drop some weight off the nose of the car.

Good god, I can't believe how quickly this car is coming together. Between this and the other projects going on do you ever sleep?

BTW, just curious, where are you putting the coil packs?

28 works days, maybe 10-12 hour days.

The coil packs might go on the down bars from the firewall with ATS coil brackets.

Thanks, I figured you'd find a good place for them other then on top of the valve covers. We were trying to think of someplace good, but in the end the only real option we had was on the other side of the core support.

Its looking good, can't wait to see more progress.

James with the One Lap car has heard of amperage issues if you mount the coils to far from the plugs and make long plug wires. He was having shut off issues at 148 mph and was thinking it might be a voltage issue and that was one of the possiblities.

So function over form wins again.
