Guys, appreciate the feedback. It's a tough decision as we LOVE our cars. Marty, your suggestion of a 1LE is a good one. In fact, the more I look, a 2014 Z51 2LT is leading the list for us at this time. We drove it at Bondurant in March and got hooked. It has become the comparison car for everything we look at, including the TA and Camaro.
We don't see the cars going anywhere soon so we will continue to enjoy them until the right buyer comes along. |
Seriously...are you leaning one way or the other Z06 vs. Z28? :)[/QUOTE]
I lean towards the Z28. My wife the Z51. Wonder how that's gonna turn out? Ha! |

A while back I mentioned I would post some pics of the Dynatech to Ultimate Header swap.
Here is a before...we had roughly 2.25" of clearance. Not good. They lasted less than a month of driving once we got it off the transporter. Good stuff Jay.

Hi Jay,
Thanks for sharing the info on the headers. I ended up doing shorty's on the 70 for just this reason. I am going to consider these for the new Scott Mock Subframe that is for sure. Quote:

I had the same issue with the Dynatech headers as well, until I flipped the mounts 180*. Tu |

We have been having a great time with the cars the past couple weeks. I will post some pics from the North Texas Camaro Club auto cross and Good-Guy's Lonestar Nationals at Texas Motor Speedway soon. We closed the classified thread. We were able to complete our business deal without selling either car and so now we just get to enjoy them! |
