home built besides paint and body.

As much as I can at home, including paint (hopefully), though I'll probably have someone stitch up the seats.

Haven't got started on mine just yet...lol.. But it will be all be done by me.

I pretty much do all my own work, I'll admit it's not as perfect as most of you guys buy I'm taking my time. I am sending it out for the mini tubs and possibly the interior.

garage built, pro built its all in your head. every pro basictly started in a garage also. least thats what i tell myself. i built this car (frame off) in a garage with no power and minimal tools. then again i was 19 at the time and one thing lead to another. all done besides paint...

I did all the metal, mechanical, electrical, etc I did most of the body, but I did not do:

Media blasting
Finish body work or paint
Engine build (815hp requires a lot of specialty tools)
Front & rear glass

I would hate to try doing a car without a lift or air compressor/tools.

Home built for me in my opinion. In general I do all my own engine building and tuning, paint, wiring, all assembly work, pretty much everything other than stitching on the interior and machine work on the engine. I do accept help sometimes on some of these things depending on time tables.

Most of my camaro build will be done by me in my garage..although it's at race rodz getting painted right now! :unibrow:
