good point jody, i find that the real hot areas when the exhaust is tucked nicely take a beating and crack etc, i am torn on my car also, but raptor liner or textured bottom is what i will do, however i may spend some time on nice heat shields. european cars have this really nice weave type material that looks exotic compared to american oem car shields i need to find out who makes it

Well as always... different strokes for different folks. Personally I am going for good clean undercoating. If its a show car and detail is the forte' then fine. Cleaning all the visual takes time and elbow grease, then to deal with the underside to me is more un-necessary work.
