I'm ordering Forgeline 18x8, 18x12 ZX3P's with Gunmetal centers and satin black inner/outers. Also have Wilwood 14" 6 Piston SL in front and 14" 4 Piston SL for the rears - slotted/drilled with red calipers. Should perform well enough  and look smoking hot!

I'll post pics in 5-6 weeks when the pretties get here.

Wheels will almost look like the attached (ZX3P's instead of ZX3R's):

Those look KILLER!!!!

Wow those are pretty killer!

Just curious how much green did that set you back?

Oh, he has the hook up so it wasn't to bad at all.

Lug nuts

Frank,
For my setup - what McGard lug nuts do you recommend? Part #? I am looking for a set in black chrome.

Wheels should be here in a matter of days... can't wait!

Thanks!

I like the splined lug nuts. They have black, not black chrome but black none the less. Get us some pics when they get under the car for mock up. I wish I could have seen these.

Wheels showed up earlier this week, just had the tires mounted (splined black mcgard lugnuts are here as well)

I'm in the process of mocking up to determine rear end width and not terribly happy with the clearances - mods are required.

Take a look and let me know what you think - especially concerning the fender to tire clearance. With these pics, I have 1" clearance to the fender lip, and the lip is 1" wide. I think I need to trim 1/2" off the lip and roll it up a tad - then push the tires out another 1/2-3/4".

Btw, tires are mocked with a ride height of 5" ground clearance...

Opinions?

Damn.. those are badasssss.

WOW! Are those automotive jewelry or what? There is no better quality wheel then Forgeline! Pretty damn light aren't they! Your going to love cleaning a wheel with the inner powder coated to. This often hard to clean area is a real bitch to clean on NON coated inners. For you, windex and a paper towel!

If I remember right (we just did one of these car), you can trim that lip about a 1/2" and gain some clearance without removing the lip or rolling the lip. I don't think there is any reason to trim more then a half inch though as the outer wheel house is the next interference after trimming that edge.

I love the tire to panel profile, long as it does not rub. Just so long as we don't get that "sucked in" Pro Street look!

Square them up and get me a measurement and we will get your Moser ordered.

And again, WOW!

Thanks!
