To some, early on it is more about timing than price. If I had more money I might be one of those "gotta have it now" guys. But I have more patience than money.

What I can't understand is the need to put the seller down for his strategy or call the buyer a sucker or dumbass for buying something he likes.

My mother used to tell me, "if you don't have something good to say, keep it to yourself."
