I'm hoping to have some videos this weekend (if a friend comes through with his camcorder...) I have been asked for exhaust sounds by several people, thus videotaped hooliganism > sound bites. I'll probably videotape some 50-80mph rolling burnouts and if the cameraman is daring enough there may be a high speed flyby (160+) on tape... :willy:

I may also have to get a video of a max-effort stop at night from the 140-150mph range to capture glowing brake rotors. :yes:

Dude I love your cars paint. Is it candy and how many coats of clear do you have on it. I just had my car painted about 5 months ago and its a good paint job but the painter failed to put more then 2 coats of clear. I was thinking about sanding it spraying 2 coats, sanding it again then 3 more coats, and then wet sanded.

What are your thoughts.

I know there were about 8 coats of the candy red over the silver base, then I *think* 3 coats of clear? I am not sure on the coats of clear, I'd have to ask the painter.

I think for your car that many coats of clear with wet-sanding will make it look slick!
