AM is by far the best system out there for the money, I have been doing Air Ride for over 15 years and the AM set up is the best with the air ride so you get the best of both worlds.

Matt, with the 3 or 4-link what are your exhaust options? Can you still fit a turbo style muffler under the car?

With the three link, the exhaust options are limited, but you can put small mufflers between the crossmember and housing. It's tight, but it works.

The triangulated 4-bar clip will accept mufflers in the usual position, with the exhaust running inside the driveshaft tunnel.

To update, the clip has performed above and beyond my expectations. The 3-link does offer more foward bite (thanks to higher anti-squat), and the handling is razor sharp with spherical rod ends. The triangulated 4-bar is more street friendly (thanks to poly rod ends), but still offers exceptional handling - the same rear suspension that pulled 1.05G in the 3G vette using undersized tires.

Honestly, the handing aspect of the triangulated 4-bar combined with it's small packaging (no floor cutting required!) makes it a hands-down winner. Easier to install, easier exhaust routing, less expensive. Roll-bind is nothing to worry about...the roll stiffness is too stiff to allow it to roll that far anyway (8 degrees of roll).

Something that needs to be emphasized with this clip is the chassis stiffness and ease of install. With this rear clip and subframe connectors, you now have a full box-tube frame chassis welded to the body...it doesn't get any stiffer than that until a roll cage is introduced. These .120" wall frame rails are a much welcome addition compared to the stock .040" rails (which I managed to rip apart). Install time took about as long as a front bolt-in clip. The dirty part is removing the old frame rails, but if you're putting down any power, you'll want to take those out anyway.

I appreciate the comps between the 3 and 4 link. Will you be doing any other direct fit besides the GMs since you are using the Ferro arm measurement system? E-body Mopar and I'm signed up.....

I just installed their front C6 sub and triangulated 4-bar in my 68 camaro and cant believe how it fit and it only did take a weekend install. was a very dirty job even though the bottom of the car was already blasted and painted now just get to paint it again :willy: I just hope that it handles like everyone says it will.

Did you by any chance compare the stock frame rail to the new one? It's amazing how thin the stock rails are...
