yeah this was my last model with those tires!! Plus I have to keep you all on your toes, rights?? All the recent models I have started have new tires, with out a directional pattern. It does look like junior's car but Chad saw a rendering I did several years ago (before I started 3d) and wanted a modified version of that paint job, so no copy on this end just following what Chad wanted. The backplates actually come from a company that sells those type of images, you can see the reference to them in the bottom of the image.

Mike no prob man, I did not think you were making any accusation, I was just more explaining where it came from. I knew when we started that comparison was going to be made. Kinda like painting a second gen orange, its gonna get compared!

these are beautiful. Id like to suggest thought that you add a watermark to what you place on a board for renderings and stuff. I saw a car this year at a large show that shall not be named that 90% of EVERYTHING was identical to what an innovative company had designed- right down to spoliers and 'hard to find ' parts that they made. The only thing different was the color. And I know the original design was plastered all over the internet before it was finished and Im sure some backwoods company thought it was cool to steal the deaigns- instead of paying for them like shops SHOULD be doing. YOU renderers (Is that a word?LOL) are worth your weight in gold to see the builders vision- and people shouldnt forget that!:hail:
